John Swanson’s early career as a construction superintendent gave him a solid foundation on which he has built his sterling career in new home construction sales, where he has excelled for many years. Utilizing a blend of his own tried-and-true techniques alongside proven methodologies from renowned new homes sales experts around the county, he’s sold thousands of homes at prices and margins that have continually exceeded expectations of the companies for which he works. He manages and mentors a team of sales consultants and managers who work with builders throughout Central Texas to maximize profits while helping buyers design and realize their dream homes. As founder and principal of Swanson Realty Group, John not only helps builders realize record profits, but he also works with clients to buy and sell existing homes. Additionally, John is a developer and land manager, specializing in land acquisition and entitlement.
