Zach Givens, a native Austinite, was born at Seton Hospital downtown. As Zach got older, his family would move to Cedar Park and eventually he would go off to college in San Marcos, where he would get his degree in Finance at Texas State University. After graduating, Zach got his first job as an analyst for a homebuilder, which would lead to additional opportunities in homebuilding. Eventually, finding himself selling homes and even managing his own sales team. With over 50m+ in new construction transactions, Zach is an expert agent throughout the homebuilding process.
