WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The Inbound/Outbound Sales Agent draws energy from working with people and works with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments through personalized follow-up.
This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the organizational and time management skills necessary to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.
This individual must be highly trustworthy—in addition to being the first point of contact to the team, they will also have access to sensitive files and information regarding associates, customers, and finances.

The Inbound/Outbound Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities
  • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets
  • Consult with real estate agents to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through the listing agreements

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly to convert leads to appointments
  • Outbound cold calling to convert leads to appointments
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
  • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
  • Manage database of leads to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up
  • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
  • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market
  • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services

Communications/Interactions:

  • Outbound leads – daily
  • Agents on team – daily
  • Direct manager – daily

Management Responsibilities

  • None, though a talented performer in this role may move into a leadership position

Buyer Specialist

We are looking for a Buyer Specialist to join our team and handle a high volume of buyer leads generated. Our team is growing at a fast pace and this person will handle a high volume of the buying side of the business that supports and sustains our team.

The Buyer Specialist may also receive buyer appointments directly from our lead sources as well as having the ability to lead generate on their own.
The ideal candidate must be driven, aggressive, competitive and focused on building the relationships that will last a lifetime. Are you driven for sales? Then we must speak with you today! This individual may experience growth and leadership opportunities!

The Buyer Specialist also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses and regularly practicing scripts and dialogues. Responsibilities

  • Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses
  • Select that meet clients’ needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offers
  • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close, with the support of Swanson Realty Group administrative staff
  • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers
  • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues

  • Hold open houses regularly

We are looking for a New Home Sales Specialist to join our team to represent one of our builder clients on-site. Our business is growing quickly and we need a sales pro to handle a high volume of builder business as well as grow their traditional brokerage business.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Prospect, market & promote new business
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining a relationship with the Realtor community
  • Excellent and effective communication with customers & team-members
  • Understand the home loan process
  • Present New Home Builder clients’ homes in a knowledgeable and professional manner
  • Understand the homebuilding process, and be able to educate prospects on what to expect throughout the building process
  • Immerse self in community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas, shopping areas, etc. along with any other additional information requested by New Home Builder clients
  • Work with all clients to understand and identify their desires and find the perfect home to meet their needs
  • Utilize training materials to stay consistent with our New Home Sales process, and continuously strive to improve sales interactions
  • Call all Buyers under contract and/or their Agents at least once a week to maintain customer rapport
  • Respond to phone calls and e-mails between team members and clients within 24 hours

Qualifications

  • A proven background in prospecting
  • Proactive follow up with prospective Buyers
  • Previous new homes sales experience preferred
  • An ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to the New Home Sales process
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through inbound phone calls in accordance with the New Homes Sales training. This includes educating interested parties about products, setting appointments, and answering questions in a professional manner
  • Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company training
  • Responsible for a high level of activity including, but not limited to engaging with new Buyers, following up with interested Buyers, and setting appointments to close
  • Attend, provide updates, and actively participate in weekly meetings as scheduled
  • Communicate with Sales Manager and present organized information regarding passive and engaged Buyers
  • Enter leads, appointments, and all communication into CRM daily
